Ingredients
- 100 g Bitter chocolate
- 100 g Butter
- 3 Large eggs
- 30 g Plain flour
- 80 g Walnuts
- 1 pinch Salt
- 5 ml. Rum
Directions
Cooking brownies at home is as easy as a biscuit dough cake. The result will meet the expectations, if several points are taken into account when preparing the dessert.
Steps
1 Done | Spread walnut kernels on a board and crush them. Grind nuts to flour is not worth it - they should be visible in the finished tortillas. |
2 Done | Put the nuts in a dry frying pan and warm them a little while stirring with a spatula. |
3 Done | In the bowl, break the eggs, add sugar and salt to them, mix with a whisk until a homogeneous consistency. |
4 Done | Add flour, whisk until soft. |
5 Done | Put the pieces of butter and chocolate in a separate container, put it in a water bath. Melt foods by mixing. Add rum and mix again. |
6 Done | Remove the chocolate mass from the fire and mix in the nuts, trying to distribute them as evenly as possible. |
7 Done | Allow the chocolate-peanut mixture to cool slightly, then pour it into the dough in portions. |
8 Done | Grease a rectangular baking dish with butter, pour the dough into it. |
9 Done | Place the dough into a preheated 180-degree oven for 20-25 minutes. |
10 Done | After baking, do not leave the cake in the oven. Cool it at room temperature first, then refrigerate. After that, the workpiece can be cut into slices and served to the table. |
