- 1 Avocado
- 75g Dark brown sugar
- 60g Cocoa powderplus extra to dust (optional)
- 150g Ground almonds
- 100ml Maple syrup
- 60g Peanut butter
- 1tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 Large eggsbeaten

Steps
1 Done | Preheat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4. Line a rectangular tin with baking paper. |
2 Done | Scoop the flesh out of the avocado, discarding the skin and stone. Mash or blend the flesh until smooth. |
3 Done | Mix the avocado with all the other ingredients until well combined. Pour into the baking tray, smooth the top and bake for 30 mins or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean. |
4 Done | Leave to cool, cut into 18 squares and sprinkle with cocoa powder (optional). |
