- 300 g Orange
- 100 g Tangerine
- 100 g Spinach
- 100 g Pineapple
- 150 g Banana
- 10 g Flax seeds
Spinach smoothies, no matter what recipe you make, have a balanced flavor, and it’s nice to drink. This recipe is not only delicious, but also useful.
Wash the spinach, shake it off, chop with a knife.
Cut fresh pineapple, separate the flesh and cut into small cubes. Canned fruits can be used, but it is undesirable: they are less useful, but more calorie.
Peel the mandarins, divide them into slices. Remove the film from each lobule, then break the lobules into several pieces.
Peel the bananas and cut into cubes of medium size.
Oranges, washed, cut in half. Squeeze the juice out of them. To do this, it is better to use a juicer designed to get juice from citrus.
Place pineapples on the bottom of the blender container and place the spinach on them.
